This application provides information sourced from the Court Fee Act of 1870, which serves as the legal foundation for calculating Ad-Valorem Court Fees. Users should be aware that this app does not represent any government or political entity, and the use of its information is at their own risk.

The primary purpose of this app is to assist lawyers and litigants in accurately calculating the Ad-Valorem court fees payable to courts for filing certain suits. By simply entering the valuation of a suit, users receive an immediate calculation of the applicable court fee. The app consolidates various tables used for such calculations, simplifying what traditionally can be a complex process. Currently, it supports calculations for the following states and union territories: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.

Additionally, the app offers conversion features between Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Sections and Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections. It facilitates conversions both from BNS Sections to IPC Sections and vice versa, covering the sections from Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 to IPC 1860 and back.
